Quisine Ezy Nest enables a business with Quisine Manufacturing to generate machine code that will integrate with the controller on a CNC flat bed or P2P machine. A simple one button click will transform you from a design environment to a true CAM package that is packed with advanced capabilities.

Once you have processed the job from within Quisine Manufacturing, you simply open Quisine Ezy Nest, import the parts file, apply the toolpath, review the nested results and generate the GCode. The process is fast, efficient and sure to lead to massive cost saving for your business.

Powerful CAD Drawing Tools
Quisine Ezy Nest includes a solid set of CAD construction and drawing tools. When coupled with the traditional CAD capabilities of Quisine, you have the most comprehensive CAD/CAM package on the market. You can construct accurate drawing elements using our Precision Input Center and at the same time, we provide freehand drawing tools so that you can take advantage of your creativity too. Quisine Ezy Nest also includes a wide set of design aids that allow you to copy, scale, rotate, outline, align, weld and edit your drawing elements. Quisine Ezy Nest also provides the ability to utilize layers to separate data so that you can create and toolpath an entire job in one drawing file.

Industry Leading Algorithm Save Time and Money
Quisine Ezy Nest incorporates a state-of-the-art toolpath engine that employs advanced calculation methods to shorten toolpath calculation time with accurate precision and increase production. The 3D Entry/Exit capabilities extend the life of bits, as well as lessen wear and tear on the router with 3D Entry/Exit on the toolpath regardless of whether the contour is straight or curved. The Point-Editing System provides you with complete control over all toolpaths can be maintained throughout the design process.

Quisine Ezy Nest Associative Toolpaths are created so that they are associated with the geometry used to create them. This provides tremendous power, allowing the parameters used to create the toolpaths to be modified to recalculate the toolpaths. It also allows the toolpaths to be automatically recalculated if the object they are in is resized. The template system allows you to save toolpath strategies at several different levels. These templates can then be used to apply intricate toolpath applications to other groups of contours in just a couple of mouse clicks. By saving toolpath information in templates, even the untrained operator can quickly apply tool selection and other parameters such as feed rates, spindle speeds to future designs.
Toolpath Corner Tags are used when defining parameters for an island fill strategy to ensure that the overlap required between adjacent toolpaths is strictly enforced between each toolpath. A complex task made simple task, Quisine Ezy Nest does it entirely automatically by adding ‘tags’ to the corners of the toolpaths as necessary to ensure that the surface is completely milled, even when a small overlap percentage is selected.

Precise Vectorizing Capabilities
Quisine Ezy Nest includes the industry standard vectorizing capabilities to allow you to precisely and quickly import a bitmap and convert it to vector art.

2D and 3D Simulations - View before you Cut
The 2D Simulation mode uses the tool dimensions to fill in a two dimensional view of the toolpaths. This offers a method to animate the drawing of toolpaths in the perspective view and provides another simple way to see how the toolpaths will be sent to the machine. A toggle (F9) allows you to switch between the simulation view and the standard view. The 3D Simulation Preview Mode uses the toolpaths to ‘mill’ a virtual piece of material. This provides an excellent way to see precisely how toolpaths will create the finished parts.

Material Libraries
Libraries of material type and the corresponding feed rates can be saved for future reference. When defined materials are selected, the corresponding feed rates are automatically assigned to the associated toolpaths.

Quisine Ezy Nest employs drawing layers so that design information can be separated. As the standard CAD method of organizing data, layers allows more drawing and toolpath information to be incorporated into a single drawing.

Efficient Toolpath Definition
Quisine Ezy Nest provides a very detailed structure for toolpath creation. This provides tremendous power and flexibility when it comes time to define toolpath strategies like routing offsets and hatch and island pocket machining. At the same time, the process can be as simple as choosing some contours to toolpath, selecting a strategy, defining a tool and selecting OK to create the toolpath. Quisine Ezy Nest takes care of many of the tasks that other software asks you to define. Contours are automatically sorted, and standard default values can be utilized. Or, you have all of the toolpath parameters at your fingertips at all times so you can precisely define each step in the process. After defining a toolpath strategy, Quisine Ezy Nest allows all of the parameters to be saved so that the next time you need to apply this same strategy, it is literally just a click away.

True Shape Nesting
This built-in option minimizes material waste to keep your consumable costs down by optimizing material usage. Quisine Ezy Nest's file structure organizes every aspect of design geometry and toolpaths information into reasonably sized files that are saved efficiently and accessed quickly.
