About Quisine Software
Since 1982, Quisine Software has been pioneering the development
of automation and design software. Quisine Software development
started back in 1982 on a mini computer platform. The first Quisine
product was produced for Barnsley Joinery, a large joinery business
producing in excess of 120 kitchens a week. This application ran on
a PDP-11 "mini” computer that occupied rooms, running on an RSX
(Digital Equipment Corporation “DEC”) in conjunction with Palette
CAD system.
In December of 1994 a major development initiative commenced as the
product was entirely rewritten to transform the MS-DOS C system into
the Microsoft Windows 32 bit environment.
In 1998, Quisine Software began broadening its offering to expand
its capability of being the only true end to end process automation
package.
In 2000, Quisine was the first application of its type that offered
electronic commerce capabilities.
In 2002, the fifth generation (32 bit client) of Quisine Software design and
manufacturing software was released to meet the evolving demands of
the business community.
In 2003, Quisine Software launched its first design only version of
the software; DesignersMate. The product is targeted at the
professional designer and those business that operate in the "built
to order" catalogue market in the US.
In 2004, Quisine Software launched its Quisine Door Profiler.
This is specialized package that meets the needs of the most
demanding door manufacturer. The development effort was undertook in
conjunction with Modern Form Doors.
In 2005, Quisine Software commenced to OEM its core technology to
other software companies who are looking to compliment their
existing product offerings. |
